We are more than satisfied with Mr. Beauchesne's services. He gave us excellent advice on listing the property, setting the asking price and, finally, the best strategy for closing the sale. He always left us free to make our own decisions, without ever pressuring us, and always in our best interest.

Excellent service! Very agile, respectful and efficient. The advice provided was highly relevant.

David is a very competent advisor who was present and committed from the beginning to the end of the process of selling our home. He was a solid source of support we could count on at every step. We appreciated his attentive listening and his understanding of our needs, concerns and questions, and he addressed them with candour and honesty. We are completely satisfied with David's services and recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

David is by far the best real estate broker we have ever worked with. This is the fourth property we have sold and everything went perfectly. He is professional, thorough, organized and, on top of that, modest and pleasant to deal with. He accurately assessed the value of our property and met our sales objectives. He was proactive and efficient.

David's work is best summed up as total commitment at every stage of the sale of our home. Both reassuring and confident, he had the right recipe to lead us to a quick closing of the transaction, at the best market price!
